Ruedefaux is an independent creator who specializes in character illustration and environmental illustration, often using surrealism, dream-like, and horror elements through exaggerated metaphorical imagery to express ideas that she is passionate about or finds interest in.Always looking to expand her visual library and skillset, Ruedefaux loves to experiment with different styles and techniques from time to time, as well as study new material to draw inspiration from.She finds lots of artistic comfort in retro horror videogames, the Rennaisance period, gothic architecture, alchemy, animals, and the cosmos.When Ruedefaux is not drawing, she sometimes experiments with making music of the hardcore genre, gabber. Otherwise, you can find her indulging in Soulsborne games.

❤︎ Paypal (USD) (Please ask, otherwise)❤︎ Payment upfront or I do not start. Partial payment can be requested, but your commission will be finished slower until all of the payment is received. You will also not receive high res, good quality files until all payment is received.❤︎ I update with each step (sketch, base colours, shading, etc) so you can make adjustments before the commission gets too far.❤︎ Please try to keep communication consistent when I contact you with updates. It’s difficult for me to continue on a piece when I’ve recieved no confirmation on the progress, running the risk of finishing an illustration with preventable errors. Lack of proper communication will result in lack of progress made, as I refuse to continue further without being told that it is okay to do so.❤︎ Please be 100% sure of what you want before you buy from me. Small changes and adjustments can be made, no problem. MAJOR changes cannot be made past the sketching stage or else it will add onto the price. You CANNOT change the idea/direction of the illustration after I move on to work on the final product. You are asking for a whole other commission otherwise. If you wish to cancel your initial commission idea once its in the final working stages, you will only get a partial refund depending on how much work has been done on it (25%, 50%, 75% etc of how much work has been done).❤︎ Raw PSD files not provided by default or simply upon request. In order to obtain Raw PSD file of your commission, you must pay commercial rate (your commission price x3) and abide by written agreements regarding what the illustration is to be used for as well as rights. Feel free to ask more about this if clarification needed.❤︎ You may repost your commission on your own personal sites if you wish. However, do not reupload it to your own gallery on deviantart or other art hosting sites with a similar setup. Wherever you post the art you must credit me for the artwork somewhere as I am the one who produced it.❤︎ Any reference material you provide me to work with for your commission are your responsibility. I will not hold any responsibility for the source material you provide for me to work with if it so happens to resemble something already existing.❤︎ I have the right to decline a commission if I do not wish to work with the subject matter. No questions asked.
